Scores reflect what brands say on their websites and whether they back it up with real evidence, as of the last scan. They don't judge whether products actually work, are safe, or meet regulations. A higher score means claims are better supported — a lower score means the brand is claiming more than it can show proof for. Brands can submit evidence via support@trynorm.co.
